Fall Cinquain

Fall is so much fun
I love jumping in leaf heaps
It is very cold
But I wear a warm sweater
I like to help with raking

CJ Soup

My family was hungry and wanted a quick meal.  So I made this soup for all of us.
I got V-8 juice, frozen veggies, garlic, salt, pepper, and shredded cheese.  I prefer sharp cheddar.
I put the V-8 in a large pot and turned the heat to medium high.
 Then I added the veggies.

 And then I added garlic.
After that I added salt and pepper.  I stirred it carefully.
After it simmered until the veggies were cooked, I added the cheese.
I stirred it until the cheese melted and mixed into the soup.

I Made Scrambled Eggs

I made scrambled eggs for breakfast since my family and I all like them.  I gathered all my ingredients and then started making my delicious scrambled eggs.

I got eggs, milk, butter, chipotle salt, a pan, a bowl, and a whisk.  I heated the pan and then added the butter.

After that I cracked 4 eggs into the bowl and added milk and chipotle salt.  I used a whisk to mix it.

Next, I added that to the hot pan.

I cooked it and stirred it until it was yellow, and moist, but not liquid.  I kept stirring so it would not become an omelet.

I tasted it, and we all ate breakfast.  It was fantastic!

Here is my recipe:

Scrambled Eggs

1 Tbsp butter
4 eggs
2 Tbsp milk
1/2 tsp chipotle salt (optional, or use what you like)

1. Heat pan on medium low heat.  Add butter.
2. Crack eggs into a bowl.  Add milk and seasoning.
3. Whisk until all about the same color.
4. Add to pan.
5. Stir and cook until no liquid remains, but not until dry.
6. Serve and taste.
